Wentworth 1 Primary Care Network (PCN) is a group of seven GP practices working together to provide high quality care for our patients in Rotherham.

Our practices are:
Crown Street Surgery, High Street Surgery, Magna Group Practice, Parkgate Medical Centre, Rawmarsh Health Centre, Shakespeare Road Medical Centre and York Road Surgery.
